First: Return or Exchange Request Period
Customers may submit a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving their order.
Second: Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of perfumes as personal products, the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
The product must be completely unused.
It must be unopened and in its original plastic packaging (seal).
The bottle and container must be in their original condition, without scratches or damage.
A purchase invoice or order number must be included.
The product must not have been subjected to improper storage or high temperatures.
Third: Products Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
Perfumes that have been opened or tested with sprays.
Products damaged due to misuse.
Special orders or custom-made perfumes.
Products included in special offers or discounts (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
Fourth: Refund Process
After the product is received and inspected by the MANITO TOR quality team, the customer will be notified of the order status. If your return is approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the return is not due to a product defect.
In cases of order error or proven manufacturing defect, the store will cover all shipping costs.
